Leaving feedback for a company

(Registered members only – registration is free to all users)

If you are a member and signed in to Direct Enquiries, from time to time you may decide to feedback your thoughts to the head office of the company you are searching for. This may be in relation to a specific location or just the company as a whole.

For example you may wish to say that you were unhappy with a particular facility, attitude or service, or perhaps just that the services exceeded your expectation and you wish to let the company know. Either way, it is important for companies to receive feedback so they can improve the facilities and services they offer.

To leave feedback, just fill out the form and press the ‘Send Feedback’ button situated at the bottom of the screen.

Please note that the option feedback to companies featured on the Register is only available to Direct Enquiries members and you must be signed in beforehand.
